We are currently removing our Paypal shopping cart and "buy it now" buttons. Please note, this is a bit of a tedious process. We hope to complete it in the next couple of hours one button at a time. When this process is complete, we will sell off our remaining stock by accepting checks or money orders from U.S. residents only. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes for our international buyers. We realize you may have a lot of questions, and we intend to answer all of your questions as time permits. I've heard that time flies when you're having fun and I've found this to be VERY true! Time is flying because I'm having a LOT of fun!
I've just put a couple of HD 3D movies up on the site. This has been a LONG time coming! I've been working on this for months and month and... months! Everything from tossing the idea around to working out the best format to actually getting it DONE! When this site first started, I received e-mails from countless people who were THRILLED with the quality of 3D discs I was offering. People constantly told me that if they DID manage to find field sequential (or anaglyph) titles elsewhere, that the quality simply wasn't on par with what I was offering. In the last several months, however, I've been getting e-mails from some customers who asking for something "better." When I dug deeper, I found that the issue was not that they had found better field sequential or anaglyph material. The issue was that they were now viewing everything in HIGH DEFINITION! Since HD has become popular in the mainstream with 2D titles and some anaglyph titles, many people have become accustom to seeing "something better." So much in fact that after watching a 1080p (1920 X 1080!), a standard definition (720 X 480) feature looks dull by comparison. Not only that, but field sequential material cuts that resolution in HALF since it utilizes only HALF of the resolution for each field. When viewing on a standard CRT (tube type) TV, this is not a problem. In fact, it looks GREAT! However, when viewing on a high definition monitor, standard definition isn't going to cut it much longer. This is why we decided to begin releasing HD 3D material! Don't worry, we still plan to put out field sequential releases. We are well aware that not everybody has the luxury of viewing 3D in HD!
Our first title is the Polar Express! I vowed NEVER to work on this title again since the field sequential version was a NIGHTMARE! However... time heals all wounds as they say :) Let me just say that it was EVERY BIT as much work as I remember from the SD version including aligning shot by shot... but it was WELL WORTH IT! To enjoy this feature in full color HD is worth more than the work put into it!
Our second full length title was Journey to the Center of the Earth which gave me MUCH more trouble than I anticipated. Nonetheless, it turned out a great and I'm thrilled to be able to put it up on the site!
We also have "Bob's Big Break" which is nothing short of amazing! The 3D is incredible and this one probably turned out the best out of the three!
For those of you that have been begging for HD 3D, your time is now! Check out the titles

As some of you know, there have been some recent events that have impacted my life (and amount of time I have to spare) I'm enjoying every second I've got, but this also means I've had much less time (almost none) for 3D related stuff!... I'm getting back into the swing of things here and finding a nice balance to allow myself SOME time for 3D. I apologize for the lack of updates, but I have recently released Coraline, Sea Monsters 3D, and The Kidnapping of the Century. I also have my youtube channel up and running. You can see a clip of Coraline in true 3D
HERE as well as all of my other videos on my channel. Check it out! I have several projects in the works, but it could be another week or so before I get completely back up and running and can really put some time into this stuff. The good news is that every single order placed in the last few weeks has STILL managed to go out (miraculously)- the same or next day despite time restraints.
Keep checking back for updates and... eventually... more 3D! Thanks for your interest!

It has been far too long since I've updated this page and for that I apologize. I have several projects in the works including one of my very favorite 3D movies, though I'm still debating whether I will release it on this site or simply keep it for my personal collection. In other news, I'm at work re-doing some titles (as I tend to do) and working on a 5th bonus disc. I've also gathered plenty of material for more bonus discs in the future so be sure to check out the bonus disc page
HEREThanks to all again for your interest.... stay tuned :)

Scar 3D is finally finished! It was QUITE a project since the 2 versions I was using of the film were 2 completely different cuts! Feedback has been great on this title. Thanks to all the hardcore horror fans for your interest in this one!
I'm pleased to release the SUPER 3D shorts collection volume 1 and 2! I've spent over a year on this project alone! Much of the material on these collections is VERY rare- some shorts having NEVER been seen before in field sequential or anaglyph formats! Between sourcing, converting, aligning, and color correcting these shorts, it added up to a LOT of work, but it was WELL worth it!
Now that I have some extra time on my hands, I plan on going back and redoing a couple of titles including Friday the 13th, Frankenstein and possibly others. Remember, upgrades are ALWAYS free with any order! Thanks again for your interest!

As you know, there are several titles available on my site that are simply not available anywhere else. I'm VERY excited about projects that are in the works... I don't want to give too much away, but let's just say, as with many other DVDs, you will ONLY find them here. They should be coming up on the site very soon. In addition to full length movies, I've just made my bonus discs an official part of the site. As many of you know, I've randomly included some of these bonus discs (and others that are NOT on the site) with orders in the past, but now you have the option to choose what you'd like for only a penny! As always, I've personally put in time and energy into sourcing, converting and creating the the content of these discs and now I'm sharing them with the 3D community at virtually no expense to you! More bonus discs are to come! Keep an eye on the site for some exciting full length titles and some other surprises! Thanks for your interest!

For several months before I started working on the new version of Friday the 13th 3D, I began gathering extra material for "Friday the 13th 3D" I came across a trailer for the movie in 3D which I thought was GREAT! It was brought to my attention this morning, however, that this trailer was actually created by another seller! When I found out, I contacted this seller to apologize and offered to take the trailer off of my DVD. After all, I know how much time and energy is put into these projects and do not wish to use another seller's custom made trailer. This seller was very gracious and even offered to let me keep the trailer on my DVD since he no longer uses it. Nonetheless, I will be re-doing this project soon and will include my own custom made trailer, or perhaps some other material instead. I wanted to publicly apologize for the mistake. All of the rare 3D stills, alternate ending pics, and intro were created by and compiled by me and will stay on the DVD.
In other news, I am in the process of gathering up some SUPER rare material and will be putting together a project I've been working on a LONG time, so be on the lookout for that! Thanks again for your interest!

Ghosts of the Abyss is FINALLY finished and available for purchase- at least until my supply of yellow/blue 3D glasses runs out. I may consider selling a field sequential only version after I run out of glasses, but have not yet decided.
The project I'm MOST excited about is Friday the 13th ULTIMATE 3D edition! I completed the DVD last week and the first shipments went out last Friday (the 13th!)
The quality is superb! -MUCH BETTER than I had even hoped for!. I've also included tons of extras for the fans!
There are several other projects I'm working on, so keep watching the site for more titles popping up soon. Thanks for all of your interest!

Happy New Year everyone! (25 days late...)
Most of my time lately has been spent on re-doing some DVDs for even BETTER quality than what has previously been offered.
I've completely redone "Amityville 3D" The color is now far superior to what it was and the alignment is near perfect! This is now the BEST 3D version of this film available ANYWHERE! Check out some screen shots
HERE
I've also received a higher quality print of "House of Wax and have
remastered the DVD complete with 3D menus and screen tests! If you've already purchased these titles, don't forget, upgrades are free with your next purchase- just write me an e-mail and I will be sure to include your upgraded DVD(s) FREE of charge!
Now a note about the other main project I've been focusing on:
As many of you know, I've been working on "Ghosts of the Abyss" for well over a year now. It has gone through several stages and I gave each new version a new number (1, 1.5. 2.0 etc) I believe I am now up to version 7 now. I have this version completely finished and was getting ready to release it yesterday, but had to watch it through first. I watched it though and I must be honest. Most parts of it looked amazing! However, there were several part where the ghosting was just too severe (no pun intended). I've decided (again) to completely start over, but now I know what I'm doing! (at least I think I do) I will be using techniques I used on version 6 as well as methods from version 7 to get the best possible field sequential version of this film (and the only version for that matter) I hope to have it completely finished by the end of the week. In the meantime, you can see some 3D screen shots of version 7
HERE While you're waiting, feel free to check out my NEWEST release: "Fly me to the Moon" or any of the other titles available on the site. Thank you
all for your patience!

Taza Son of Cochise has JUST been released! I've been working on SEVERAL other titles over the last few months and am wrapping those up, so you should be seeing plenty more 3D goodness popping up on the site!
I've started a new screen shots section
HERE:I hope to also add reviews and more on the page, but simply don't have enough time to work on it, so I'm sticking to screen shots for now, but if you'd like to SUBMIT reviews, I'll be happy to consider them (please include a synopsis of the story, and a review on the 3D effects used, and anything else you may feel is important.
Lots more 3D stuff coming soon!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
I've been out of town for the last week, but managed to get The Polar Express rendered before I left. It had some minor issues which I corrected tonight. The final product should be available by the weekend or at the latest next week! Thank you all for your patience! It looks AMAZING (in my humble opinion) which is saying a lot, because when I ran my first test, there were noticeable red ghosting effects and the color was NOT balanced. Now, I'm VERY happy with it. I have a couple people to thank for this.
The first is known to the online 3D community as "Mr. Free-D" He has helped me TREMENDOUSLY by giving suggestions and even doing some test work to get the perfect result for me to convert the final product
The second asked to be referred to as "Midwest Man." He had some VERY helpful suggestion in the actual separation of the original anaglyph to get far superior results than what I was getting!
So, although, I did the conversion myself, it was really a joint effort and it would have been quite sub-par had it not been for these 2!
Well, tomorrow is the biggest shopping day of the year. I for one am not an early riser, so I've decided to have a sale for people like me! My 1 day "Black Friday" sale will not start until 10:00 AM tomorrow morning and will NOT have any "door busters" However, with every DVD you order after 10 AM tomorrow, you will get a FREE DVD of your choice (of equal or lesser value) up to 10 DVDs (5 free DVDs) Just specify in the comments through paypal which title(s) you would like free! This special will only last a until 10:00 PM and will NOT be advertised other than on our home page, so take advantage of the 12 hour sale!
Keep checking back for the latest news! Happy Holidays!

Journey to the Center of the Earth has been completed and RELEASED! It looks great (in my humble opinion) and has just enough "out of screen" effects to keep someone like me entertained without overdoing it.
I've been working hard on the Polar Express, but not without problems. I've done a couple of tests. The first couple of tests had some HORRIBLE ghosting issues. I've reduced the ghosting, but I can't completely get rid of it. If you have the anaglyph DVD, you'll notice that the ghosting in this movie is much more severe than most anaglyph titles. It seems it just wasn't converted properly. Check out the Amazon.com reviews. They are quite bad. It seems that the field sequential version IS an improvement, but I have a way to go. I may need some volunteers to test this DVD soon. Please contact me if you're interested.
In other news, in February of next year, the studios will FINALLY release an OFFICIAL DVD of Friday the 13th - in 3D! I'm VERY excited about this one. It will, however be in... you guessed it... anaglyph! I'm already making plans for a conversion, however. I would LOVE to see this film in HIGH QUALITY field sequential format! If it turns out well, I will likely replace my current version which is watchable, but quite old. Or, if I can gather up enough bonus material, I may make an "Ultimate Edition" as I did with Jaws 3D." We'll see what happens.
Thanks again for all of your interest. I know there are a lot of titles that many of you have been asking for, and I assure you, now that Journey to the Center of the earth field sequential is finished, I will be dedicating more time to finishing up these projects that you are all waiting for. Thanks again for stopping by!
10-30-08:
QUICK UPDATE on Journey to the Center of the Earth and The Polar Express.
Going into the projects I thought Polar Express would be very straight forward and Journey to the Center of the Earth would give me trouble since Polar Express is in traditional anaglyh, and Journey is in an off-color anaglyph format (green left eye, purple/magenta right eye- instead of red/cyan) but I'm finding it's JUST the opposite! Journey to the Center of the Earth field sequential is DONE! Yes, DONE! I still have to watch it through to make sure there are no problems that I missed. From what I've seen though, it looks INCREDIBLE! (in my humble opinion) - probably my best YET!
I really wanted to release The Polar Express and Journey to the Center of the Earth together, but it looks like that is just NOT going to happen. Polar Express is going to take a LOT of time and work. There are parallax discrepancies , size problems, frame and timing inconsitencies and many more problems. It may take a while, so I apologize to those who have been waiting PARTICULARLY for this movie. The good news is that Journey to the Center of the Earth is done and will go up on my site next week or before. I will work on The Polar Express as fast as possible, but it is going to be a frame by frame opperation in many parts of the film and I want to do the film justice. I saw this one in the IMAX and it was amazing! I'll keep you all updated!
10-16-08
I've been informed that there are people that actually READ these updates and some of you have even encouraged me to do them more often! Wow! This is good to know! I will try to keep you all up to date a little more frequently! The updates below are broken into sections for easier reading.

HEREWHAT I'VE BEEN WORKING ON
Let me first say, for the last week, I've done ALMOST nothing due to being sick, but when I'm well, I'm always working on new projects. I tend to be a bit "A.D.D." about these things though, and I seem to do a whole BUNCH of projects in bits and pieces. Then, as if by magic, several projects seem to come together all at once. There are even projects I've started and have not gotten around to finishing yet. Nonetheless, for those who would like to know what I've been working on... here is the rundown:
3 Stooges Shorts- there is a lot I'd like to do with this project, but for now, I'm going to start by releasing a basic DVD of the 3 Stooges shorts and some other classic shorts.
Amityville 3D- I'm currently re-doing this one to make it much BETTER in many ways.
Ghosts of the Abyss- I know you're probably all tired of HEARING about this and not SEEING it (though a handful of you already have a copy) I don't know what my deal is with this one. I'm just waiting a bit and will take another look at it soon. I'm a perfectionist, and I'm just not sure that I'm happy with it. I'm definitely going to release it- it's just a question of when. I've got the artwork finished, and the whole movie encoded in field sequential format with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound... it's just a matter of time.
Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D
&
Polar Express 3D - I'm eagerly awaiting the release of these titles in anaglyph to convert to field sequential format. I've experimented with creating some field sequential artwork for the menus already- the rough ideas of these appear on my home page as cover art. I've posted the rough copies of the covers below in anaglyph format for your enjoyment! Bust out your anaglyph glasses to view them in 3D! Remember, the cyan (blue) lens goes over your RIGHT eye.
There is plenty more I'm working on, but I won't reveal it just yet. There is some stuff that is especially exciting to me, and other projects that will be especially exciting to many of you. A few of you already know some of the projects I'm planning!
PROJECTS I'VE FINISHED
My most recent releases are: "Run for Cover" and "Rottweiler." Both of these feature a clear picture and great sound- other copies I've come across have either poor picture, or poor or distorted sound, but this is not the case with these! These versions are as good as they come! As with most of my DVDs, these allow you to choose between anaglyph or field sequential 3D formats!
In addition, I've also redone Siegfried and Roy- The Magic Box (with better picture, better color and a field sequential 3D menu), Night of the Living Dead 3D (now with better color, a field sequential menu, and 2 theatrical trailers) and Shrek 3D (with better color, and Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound)
That pretty much sums up what I've been working on. Keep checking back for updates and enjoy the 3D artwork I've been working on below:

(due to the volume of recent news, I've split it into sections for easier reading)
HARD DRIVE CRASH!!
WOW! There has been a LOT going on a underground3dmovies.com! - some good some bad.
The bad news is that I had SEVERAL products ready for release stored on my 500 GB hard drive. The whole thing crashed and corrupted ALL my data! I've tried several software programs to recover it and even took it to a local company to have it done. Some data was recovered, but unfortunately, nothing that I needed (if anybody knows a fair bit about data recovery, please contact me at: moviesin3d@yahoo.com)
The GOOD news is that I managed to get 3 projects on a PHYSICAL DVD before the crash, so I am THRILLED to bring you:
-Hannah Montana- Best of Both worlds FIELD SEQUENTIAL edition
-Jaws 3D ULTIMATE 3D edition
and
-Any Warhol's Frankenstein
More information on each of the titles can be found on our DVDs for sale page. Check it out!
REVIEWED, RE-MASTERED, AND RE-DONE!!
Over the next several weeks/months/years?... I will be re-doing the projects I've lost, but I will ALSO be re-doing my CURRENT DVDs! Many have already been re-done. Many of my DVDs now include 3D menus and screen tests for optimal 3D viewing! When I set out to do this, I figured I might as well improve upon the movies as well! So, every movie listed with a 3D menu and screen test has been improved in SOME way with either a higher quality print, better color, better clarity or improved picture or sound in some way. Among these are:
Friday the 13th
Jaws 3D
Silent Madness
Fantastic Invasion of Planet Earth
Treasure of the 4 crowns
It Came From Outer Space
and Starchaser.
SCREEN SHOTS
I'm working on getting screen shots up so you can SEE the improvements on my DVDs. Check out the improvements made to "Fantastic invasion of planet earth"
HERE:This particular film has even been improved FURTHER since THOSE screen shots- to eliminate the graininess you may notice in the pictures.
POLAR EXPRESS 3D!
Many of you have asked me if I have titles such as Harry Potter, Superman Returns, Meet the Robinsons and the Polar Express in 3D. Unfortunately, the left and right prints of these movies are not available in any home viewing format and do not exist in stereoscopic 3D on DVD, but that could all change... starting with the Polar Express. If you haven't yet heard, Warner Brothers has decided to release the Polar Express in anaglyph 3D on Blu Ray and DVD near the end of October! I will of course be working on a field sequential conversion when it comes out! This is exciting news not only for me, but also for 3D enthusiasts around the world. I think Disney really started something by releasing Hannah Montana in 3D on Blu Ray and DVD. Anaglyph looks MUCH better on Blu Ray and HDTVs than DVD and CRT TVs and with this new technology, it gives me great hope that MANY movies will find their way to DVD and Blu Ray in 3D! The ones mentioned above are PERFECT candidates for this type of 3D. I will, as always, work to put out high quality TRUE 3D field sequential conversions of these films, so keep watching!
MORE SURPRISES
I have many more projects in store. Some were on the verge of being released, but due to the hard drive crash, I am forced to literally start from scratch. There are a few that I am REALLY excited about, but will not be announcing what they are until closer to their release. As always, keep checking back here, or feel free to write me at:
moviesin3d@yahoo.com with any questions you may have. Thanks for your interest!
7-12-08
It's been a while since I've updated you all on the news and upcoming projects. I've been busy busy busy! If you haven't already checked out the DVD section, I've released 10 new titles! There are plenty more to come!
I've very recently updated my print of "Jaws 3D." I'm VERY pleased with the results! This new DVD includes a 3D menu, and a 3D screen test to optimize your display for 3D! Well, I'm working hard on several projects. For those who are wondering and have been asking, I AM still working on Ghosts of the Abyss. Unfortunately, I am a bit of a perfectionist. I currently have 5 DIFFERENT versions of it! I refer to them as version 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 with each version getting progressively better. A few testers have seen versions 1.0, 2.0 and 2.5, but nobody has yet seen version 3.0, or 3.5 which are GIANT steps ahead of previous versions. Basically, due to the original format this was released in, I've had to make some compromises, but as I correspond with my software developer friends, we find new ways around the issues I've been having and I find that my compromises are less and less with each version. I WILL eventually release this title. In all honesty, the majority of you would be thrilled with the current versions I have. However, I know I can do better and will not release it until it is as close to perfect as possible! I will be working on it more this weekend and in the next several weeks/months...../ ..... years? (let's hope not)
My computer/tech friends have developed software SPECIFICALLY for my projects- and as the software continues to be developed, so will my DVDs. They have helped me out a great deal and you have them to thank for much of the 3D that you view on my DVDs!
Thanks again for all your support! Like I said, keep your eye out for many upcoming projects... and a few surprises!...
4-6-08
4 DVDs have just been released! Night of the Living Dead 3D field sequential (2006), Metalstorm, Spacehunter, and Starchaser! All of these are in true widescreen format and the last 3 are in field sequential and anaglyph formats! (Night of the Living Dead 3D is field sequential only)
In other news, I've recently re-mastered 4 of my DVDs: Friday the 13th 3D, House of Wax, Creature From the Black Lagoon, and "It Came From Outer Space. The first two have been re-mastered for superior quality, and the second two are from brand new prints that were higher quality than what I was formerly using. AND "It Came From Outer Space" is now in STEREO!
For those of you who are wondering, I AM still planning on releasing "Ghosts of the Abyss" and "The Magic of Pegasus." There was a hold up on the latter mentioned due to a corrupted file that contained the artwork. This has been mostly resolved. The former is still far from perfect, but I think the result will be satisfying to fans of 3D or of this movie. Both will be released this month. From there, I will be working on several other projects, so keep watching!
3-5-08
I've got some GREAT movies scheduled for release soon. I've decide to release all 6 of them together! The include: The long anticipated Ghosts of the Abyss, Night of the Living Dead 3D, The Magic of Pegasus, Spacehunter, Starchaser, Metalstorm.
A note of the first two movies- Both of these had their share of issues and went out to some of YOU for extensive viewing and testing and the tests came back incredibly positive! Ghosts of the Abyss was by far my most difficult project and I must honestly say that the conversion to field sequential does not look nearly as natural as some of my other titles (Shrek 3D, Siegfried and Roy- The magic Box etc) but it is still at TREAT to watch in 3D. I will have a disclaimer along with this title. Watch this site for more details.
Night of the Living Dead had some spots that were less than ideal but have now been CORRECTED! All the movies listed above are ready to go except for the need of creating menus for 3 of them (the first 3 mentioned above) Keep an eye on this site for the next several weeks. They will be released soon!
QUICK UPDATE: I've JUST added MORE misfit DVDs. Check them out if you're interested in 3D at GREAT prices!
2-19-08
I'm currently working on a LOT of movies simultaneously. I don't think I will RELEASE them simultaneously, but I may do so with 3 of them: The Magic of Pegasus, Ghosts of the Abyss and Night of the Living Dead 3D. All of these titles are VERY close to being finished. I'm still waiting to hear back from a couple people on "Ghosts of the Abyss" but the test copies of "Night of the Living Dead 3D" that I sent out got a much more positive response than I had anticipated. I converted this title months ago with no intention of releasing it due to the color problems (which was a result of the original process used for the anaglyph version- "natural vision") But when I sent it out to be viewed, the testers liked it so much I decided I would release it after fixing a few minor things. The Magic of Pegasus is done. The last step is to author the DVD. I'm doing further "experiements" with "Ghosts of the Abyss" to see if I can improve the color. I hope to release all 3 of these toward the beginning of March.
The other projects I'm currently working on are: Starchaser- The Legend of Orin, Metalstorm, and Spacehunter. Soon I will also be working on The Mad Magician and Inferno. I will probably release the former 3 together and the latter 2 together. Keep watching!
2-10-08
"Jaws 3D" is up on the site and has become one of our most POPULAR DVDs and for good reason! This is by far one my favorite 3D DVDs I own! Great 3D effects, decent storyline, and an amazingly fake looking shark! What could be more fun?!
"Ghosts of the Abyss" is out for testing. It is currently in the hands of 6 testers. So far I've gotten feedback from one of them and the feedback was incredibly positive. I'll keep you all updated on the release of this one
I'm currently working on "The Magic of Pegasus." If you aren't sure what this movie is all about, use google. I've modified the name and changed the artwork to make it appeal more to the... shall we say... more "masculine" 3D enthusiasts out there- and of course the girls will like this one too.
Next up will probably be an anaglyph to field sequential conversion of "Amityville 3D" There is currently a conversion going around ebay and other places. I've seen this one and although it is watchable, the color is very poor and there is a LOT of ghosting in many places. I hope to do my own conversion from scratch and hope for the best results!
There has also been a lot of interest in "Night of the Living Dead 3D." I actually HAVE done an anaglyph to field sequential conversion of this, but it has some issues. I will work on resolving the issues and hopefully be releasing it early March. In about a week I will be obtaining "The Mad Magician" in true anaglyph 3D. I will attempt a conversion to field sequential, but no promises. If nothing else, I will clean it up to release a "good" anaglyph copy. As always, I'll try to keep you all updated. Always check back as I try to update this site at least every couple of weeks.
1-28-08
I've come up with a new method for converting "Ghosts of the Abyss." I kind of stumbled on it by accident. The only negative aspects are that the colors are very washed out and the picture is still not 100% sharp quality (although it's still very good) On the positive side though, there is MUCH less ghosting, MUCH fewer (if any) artifacts and the 3D is spectacular! I will be focusing primarily on this project in the next several weeks and hope to release it here on my website no later than the end of February. Be on the lookout.
In other news, Jaws 3D is almost complete and will be on the website soon.
1-22-08
I've gotten several projects done. I'm completely done with "Creature from the Black Lagoon." and "It Came From Outer Space" as well as "House of Wax."
I've still been working on "Ghosts of the Abyss." here and there. I almost gave up on the project, but then I sent one out to a friend and he feels it looks ok... at least watchable. I think there are a few things I can do to improve it and I'll probably sell it to people who have bought from me in the past first. Then, sell on ebay.
I've also converted "The Magic of Pegasus" to field sequential 3D. Yes, this is a Barbie movie, but it's actually not too bad. It's GCI and it plays like a classic fantasy fairytale adventure like Chronicles or Narnia or Lord of the Rings (except without the violence and with more of the colors purple and pink.)
Night of the Living Dead 3D has also been converted, but needs some work to correct colors and articacts. In addition, I'm working on re-doing some of my previous titles for better menu navigation, corrected color, or better picture quality.
Keep updated and as always, let me know if there is a particular title you'd like me to work on!

"Ghosts of the Abyss" has given me nothing but trouble! Unfortunately, the color separation process in the original 3D format (colorcode) was not done well at all. It turns out that there is a tremendous amount of ghosting (no pun intended) in every format I put it in (including the original colorcode). I have put it in field sequential and anaglyph, and I will be doing further viewing tests today, but I'm not confident at this point that I will ever be able to release this project. I'm currently thinking of ways to work around these difficulties. I've tossed around the idea of doing a 2D-3D conversion and including it with it's original colorcode version on an all region English DVD. I really want to see this film as it was originally meant to be seen, but this has become quite a challenge. I will keep you all updated. In the meantime, I've converted "Night of the Living Dead 3D" to field sequential which also gave me serious problems. The colors were opposite of most anaglyph DVDs and this greatly effected the overall color as well as adding some seriously distracting artifacts in parts. I currently have one copy in the hands of a "tester" and I am waiting to hear back from him as to whether or not he thinks it's even watchable. Overall, I've been extremely disappointed with the outcome of these projects.
In better news though, Sensio has announced the future release of Jaws 3D. This will be the first release of 5 and it is due out in December. Since most people I know don't own a sensio processor ($3,000) I hope to convert this to field sequential rather than transfer my VHD disc from Japan to DVD. I am quite confident that this will yield a much higher quality product!
In the meantime, I will probably be transfering "Parasite" to DVD. It is one of my favorites. Good overall as a movie and GREAT 3D effects! Keep an eye out for it. As usual, if you have any requests for 3D movies, I probably either have it and can convert it, or can track it down. You can e-mail at: moviesin3d@yahoo.com

I'm currently working hard on "Ghosts of the Abyss" in Field Sequential (and hopefully anaglyph) 3D! This title has NEVER been released in either format or in 3D at all anywhere outside of Japan! There was a limited edition region 2 DVD released in Japan in Colorcode 3D. If you don't know what colorcode is, look here: http://www.colorcode3d.com/main/main.htm
I managed to get my hands on one of these. Despite all the high marketing put into this system, I found the colorcode to be nearly un-watchable. This may have to do with the fact that my left eye is not nearly as strong as my right and with colorcode, my right eye is blocked by a strong dark blue filter. This results in me watching the film with an extreme dark blue tint and blocking almost all color from my eyes. The 3D looks quite bad to me with severe ghosting (although my wife watched it and did not have this problem (though she did notice SOME ghosting), so I'm sure it depends on your eyes) It's interesting because field sequential and anaglyph have always looked very good to my eyes.
With this said, however, this is by FAR the most challenging project I've ever undertaken. I am running into major road blocks and my initial conversion tests looks absolutely horrible- completely unwatchable. It keeps getting better with every test though. I'm constantly finding new work-arounds and new techniques for achieving the goal of putting this film in an all region 3D field sequential DVD in the English language. As soon as I've converted the entire film, I will probably be looking for "testers" to give me an idea of how it looks on their display. If you're interested, please write me at underground3dmovies@gmail.com In the meantime, I may release other titles such as "Jaws 3D" and "Night of the Living Dead 3D (field sequential)" So, be on the lookout.
